For one of our prestigious clients located in Brussels (very easy access by public transport!), we are currently looking for a Corporate Receptionist.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Welcoming visitors/clients in a professional manner ensuring a first-class customer experience
  • Answering and re-directing incoming calls, and taking messages
  • Handling emails and correspondence, booking taxis
  • Being responsible for the internal meeting rooms: rooms reservations and set up, catering, audio-visual and equipment set up, etc.
  • Performing all tasks according to the company standards
  • Ensuring procedures are efficient and up to date
  • Ensuring that the housekeeping of the meeting rooms is maintained perfectly at all times
  • And more!


PROFILE:

  • You speak fluent English. French or Dutch is an asset!
  • You ideally have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • You ideally have previous experience in a 4 or 5* hotel
  • You are professional, corporate, smiling and service minded
  • You are reliable, resourceful, flexible and a good problem solver
