We are currently recruiting a HR Advisor for one of our clients, an international company located in centre of Brussels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be the first line of contact for employees and managers and play an active role in business activities.
  • You will provide support business in implementation of HR processes and HR policies and processes in the country
  • You will work in partnership with the recruitment team
  • You will maintain the relevant documentation and ensure all the data are completed on time
  • You will support the implementation of the HR transformation project and assess HR implications of the business strategy


Profile:

  • Dutch or French native and English fluent
  • Experience in HR (minimum 1 year)
  • Bachelor / Master degree in HR or in related field
  • Strong communication skills (to maintain and build relationships with customers)
  • Ability to negotiate
  • Analytical skills
