multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors,
specializing in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants,
Executive / Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Sales & Marketing
Assistants, Office Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Digital
Marketing Officers. We provide both permanent and interim contracts.
We are currently recruiting a PA/Executive Assistant for one of our
clients, located in the Antwerp area, to provide quality support to a Managing
Director.
The Position
- Responsible for the administration of the office
- Managing the MD's agenda
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations for board
meetings
- Liaising with external service providers such as
payroll and accounting firms
- Following up on project work
- Contacts with local municipalities (communes/gemeenten)
Ideal Profile
- Fluent in Dutch, French + English are assets
- Solid
experience in administrative support in roles requiring project coordination
- Proficient knowledge of
Microsoft Office
- Eager
to learn and get involved in the business
- Manages situations in a calm, steady, “can-do” manner
- Driven and motivated
- Sets priorities but flexible to work around
changes
- Multitasks effectively and efficiently
- Possesses strong personal commitment to quality
standards and meeting quality expectations
- Demonstrates strong business ethics (honesty,
integrity, confidentiality, discretion) in all situations
- Able to
work to strict deadlines
Offer:
- Full time position
- Salary in line with experience but capped at €4500 and benefits package
- Company
will move for easier access by public transportation in Antwerp
- Permanent
contract
