Marketing Support Specialist for an International Law Firm (ID:7933)
For our client, one of the largest and successful International Law Firms in Brussels, we are looking for a Marketing Support Specialist for covering a maternity leave.
Ø Preparing responses to requests for proposals, capability statements and other client presentations
Ø Assisting with client accounts management, as part of the Firm’s global client development strategy
Ø Carrying out client, market, sector and decision maker research and analysis as required
Ø Ensure efficient events planning and drive client events, seminars and other conference sponsorships from conception to full execution
Ø Drafting submissions for legal directories, league tables and award entries
Ø Developing marketing campaigns and client alerts, including monitoring the practices’ client contact lists
Ø Writing as needed for marketing communications, including website, social media and other content
Ø Maintaining lawyers’ biographies and ensuring matters are correctly profiled and entered into the Firm’s Matter Profile System database, and opportunities are captured in the Firm’s CRM database
Ø Facilitating the sharing of information with marketing colleagues in other offices and practices
Ø Other ad hoc projects as required

Ø You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent
Ø You have 3 years’ experience in Marketing or Business Development in Professional Services Firms
CRM is a plus
Ø You are flexible, team player, committed and enthusiastic
Ø You have excellent communication skills – written and oral – in English (French and Dutch would be a plus)
Ø Client-focused approach and tight deadlines
Ø You are organized, rigorous, detail oriented and able to work under pressure
Ø You have worked in an international and professional environment.
Ø A temporary contract of 8 months
