HR Generalist English-French! (ID:7337)
Our client is an international successful company located in Brussels and leader in its sector. They are currently looking for an HR Generalist English-French.
-Being the first point of contact for employees for any HR-related questions
-Managing daily HR matters (payroll declarations, sickness, holidays, etc.)
-Identifying areas for process improvement and coming up with recommendations
-Reviewing/improving procedures and tools such as for onboarding, exit, job description, competency assessment tools, etc.
-Collaborating closely with managers for recruitment & selection; providing support with the sourcing of candidates and the selection process
-Supervising and ensuring the application of social legislation
-Following up on insurance policies (group, hospitalization, etc.)
-Harmonizing and optimizing employee benefits across the different international offices
-Working with HR Manager on special HR projects
-Providing support in the organization of events such as seminars, training and team buildings
You are bilingual English-French (verbal and written). Any additional language is an asset.
You have a master’s degree in HR or equivalent by experience
You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an HR Generalist
You have a good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-A temporary in view of a permanent contract
-Up to €3200-€3500 according to skills and experience + package after 6 months including group insurance, luncheon vouchers, etc.
