For one of our clients, a Real Estate Firm located in the center of Brussels we are currently looking for an Office Manager/Receptionist.
Your profile:
You are bilingual Dutch and French with a strong knowledge of English
You have 2-5 years’ experience in Office Management and Reception
Real Estate Compliance rules are no secret for you
Experience in the Real Estate sector is a plus
You have excellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite
You are highly organized, and client minded.
You present very well
Your responsibilities:
Handling office supply orders
Welcoming visitors, clients and external collaborators
Management of 3 meeting rooms (scheduling, orders etc…)
Assisting with Recruitment tasks
Assisting with Real Estate related tasks
Assisting with the organization of the office move planned for next year
Offer:
A temporary to permanent contract
A full-time position
€2500 to €2700 (depending on exp) + Eco-cheques, Group Insurance
A position in an international environment
