Part-time Administrative & Office Assistant for small investment firm! (ID:7259)
Our client is small investment firm located in Brussels. They are currently looking for a part-time Administrative & Office Assistant English and French.
- Providing administrative support to the 2 Managers of the firm
- Ensuring the smooth running of the office
- Handling, checking and following up on invoices
- Being the interface between the company and external parties
- Performing other office and administrative support tasks when needed
- You are bilingual French-English (verbal and written skills).
- You have a first experience in a similar role. Experience in a corporate environment is a must (e.g. consulting, legal, etc.)
- You are professional, proactive, service minded and have a good common sense
- You are committed, reliable and have good organizational and communication skills
- You have good IT skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A permanent contract
- Part-time position (50 to 60%) with flexible schedule!
