Our client is small investment firm located in Brussels. They are
currently looking for a part-time Administrative & Office Assistant English
and French.
Job description:

Providing administrative
support to the 2 Managers of the firm

Ensuring the smooth running of
the office

Handling, checking and
following up on invoices

Being the interface between the
company and external parties

Performing other office and
administrative support tasks when needed
Profile:
-
You are bilingual
French-English (verbal and written skills).

You have a first experience in
a similar role. Experience in a corporate environment is a must (e.g.
consulting, legal, etc.)

You are professional,
proactive, service minded and have a good common sense

You are committed, reliable and
have good organizational and communication skills

You have good IT skills in
Word, Excel and PowerPoint
