Our client is an international and
successful law firm located in Brussels. They are currently looking for a Management
Assistant to provide full administrative support.
DESCRIPTION
·
Coordinating agendas, organising business travel, internal
& external meetings and telephone conferences
·
Carrying out general secretarial tasks
·
Organising mailings, managing contact details
·
Formatting and proof-reading legal documents and
presentations
·
Supporting the invoicing process; managing budgets and
expense claims
·
Occasionally, translating short documents and
·
Supporting the marketing team in the organisation of events
·
Ensuring electronic filing
YOUR PROFIE
·
You have at least 2 years' experience as a Management Assistant,
ideally in the professional services sector
·
You have ideally a Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies
or in Translation
·
You have an excellent command of Dutch with a very good
knowledge of French and English
·
You have an advanced knowledge of MS office and are keen to
learn how to use a new software
·
You have good communication skills, a 'can do' and pragmatic
attitude
·
You have great organizational skills, set high standards for
yourself and you are discreet
·
You are pro-active, solution oriented and possess a strong
attention to detail
·
You are reliable, team player and flexible
