For one of our clients, a vehicle maintenance Firm located in Grand-Bigard, we are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to reinforce their team.
Your profile:
You are fluent in French and Dutch
You have at least 1 previous experience in the
Administrative sector
You have an affinity with the Automobile sector (no
expertise required)
You are client oriented, meticulous and a team player.
Your responsibilities:
Welcoming clients, visitors, and suppliers
Being the intermediate between clients and the workshop
Managing the technicians’ agendas
Ensuring Administrative and Accounting follow-up of all
files
Managing the mailbox and main email address
Offer:
A temporary to permanent contract (6 months interim)
A full time position
2300€ to 2500€ + 4€ LV + Team bonus
A Workplace Accessible by public transport
