About us:

We specialise in both permanent and temporary placements for roles including Administrative Assistants, HR and Marketing support, Office Coordinators, and Client Service Representatives.
The position:
As the first point of contact for both B2B and B2C customers, you’ll be responsible for responding to inquiries. Communication will take place via phone, email, social media, etc. Your role will include:
- Guiding users through technical issues and questions
- Supporting B2B customers with account setup and product guidance
- Collaborating with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues
- Ensuring timely follow-up on all support tickets
- Using insights from customer interactions to suggest service and product improvements
- Managing complaints constructively and professionally
- Beyond day-to-day support, you’ll also contribute to the continuous enhancement of customer care operations, working with internal teams to refine processes and improve satisfaction
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a similar role
- Comfortable navigating digital tools
- Prior experience in a tech support environment is a strong asset
- Knowledge of Jira and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with resilience under pressure
- Adaptable, curious, and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Team player with the discipline to meet goals independently
- Fluency in Dutch and French is essential, along with a good command of English
- Willingness to occasionally work on Saturdays (rotational basis)
