We are currently recruiting a seasoned Senior Executive & Management Assistant for one of our clients, a respected Financial Institution based in Brussels. In this high-level support role, you will act as a trusted right hand to a senior partner, ensuring the smooth operation of both professional and personal matters. The position offers international exposure, close collaboration with top leadership, and a seat at the table in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.

This is a highly autonomous, strategic support role — ideal for someone who thrives in complex, senior-level business environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive executive-level support to the Partner, including complex calendar management, priority setting, and daily workflow coordination.
  • Manage and draft high-impact communications — reports, briefings, presentations, and correspondence — often on behalf of the Partner.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Partner and internal/external stakeholders, including board members, investors, and C-level executives across international offices.
  • Coordinate and oversee the Partner’s business and personal logistics, including travel planning, agenda setting, expenses, and confidential administrative matters.
  • Monitor communication channels, triage critical information, and ensure appropriate and timely responses.
  • Prepare, maintain, and structure digital and physical filing systems to optimise efficiency and compliance.
  • Represent the Partner and the institution with the utmost professionalism when welcoming and managing guests and visitors.
  • Handle special projects independently and provide strategic input on process improvements and priorities when appropriate.

Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Communication, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years' experience in a senior-level executive or personal assistant role, ideally within a corporate, financial, or international environment.
  • Full professional fluency in Dutch and English; a good command of French is a strong advantage.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools.
  • Comfortable working with confidential material and handling high-pressure situations with discretion.
