Excel Careers and Excel Interim provide multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors, specializing in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants, Executive / Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Office Managers, Sales & Marketing Assistants and Customer Service Representatives. We provide both permanent and interim contracts.

We are currently recruiting an HR Assistant for one of our clients based in Brussels.
Salary package : monthly salary in line with experience.
Schedule : 3/5th or 4/5th


The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :

  • Support daily HR activities and maintain accurate employee records
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and contract management
  • Coordinate meetings, trainings, and internal HR projects
  • Respond to employee queries on policies and procedures
  • Provide data to payroll providers for salary processing
  • Communicate with public agencies and manage training documentation

Essential Skills and Experience :

  • Understanding of employment regulations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Degree in HR or a related field
  • Perfectly fluent in English and French or Dutch
