Excel Careers and Excel Interim provide multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors, specialising in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants, Executive / Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Sales & Marketing Assistants, Office Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Digital Marketing Officers. We provide both permanent and interim contracts.

We are currently recruiting a Receptionist for one of our clients, a growing international company, based in the heart of Brussels.

Salary package: monthly salary in line with experience, meal vouchers, ecocheques, hospitalisation insurance, and more.

As a Receptionist, you will act as the primary point of contact, delivering a smooth and memorable interaction for all guests and clients from arrival to departure. You will represent the organisation with integrity, warmth, and professionalism.

The role is inclusive of, but not limited to:

  • Overseeing the accurate processing and collection of tenant-related charges.
  • Managing communication channels, including the general inbox and call handling.
  • Preparing, resettling, and maintaining meeting rooms to ensure readiness for daily use.
  • Conducting routine inspections of facilities.
  • Working closely with the team to support daily functions.
  • Responding to incoming telephone calls.
  • Delivering a consistent and welcoming reception aligned with brand experience guidelines for everyone entering the building.
  • Assisting in the creation of building-wide communications and newsletters.
  • Monitoring, logging, and escalating reported concerns or feedback.
  • Participating in training and onboarding activities.
  • Handling and logging incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and deliveries in accordance with building procedures.


Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Fluent knowledge of English (French and/or Dutch is a plus).
  • Bubbly and friendly personality, eager to host and help people.
  • Some experience from reception, ideally from the Hospitality sector.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
  • Strong communication and client interaction abilities.
  • Team player and flexible.
