As an Office & Management Assistant, you enjoy playing a crucial role in supporting the team by ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. You like to be responsible for various administrative and management tasks, and acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team.
- Handle office management tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising events.
- Draft, edit, and proofread documents in English, French, and Dutch.
- Assist in the preparation of client files.
- Act as a liaison between clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Manage communication and correspondence in multiple languages.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the team.
- Ensure the efficient organisation of the office environment.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, organising, and maintaining records.
Requirements:
- Trilingual in English, French, and Dutch (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in an office administration or management role, preferably in a highly professional environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude.
