				Looking for an Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator position? We have a job for you!
Excel Careers and Excel Interim provide multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors, specializing in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants, Executive / Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Sales & Marketing Assistants, Office Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Digital Marketing Officers. We provide both permanent and interim contracts.
We are currently recruiting an Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator for one of our clients based in Brussels. 
Salary package : monthly salary in line with experience, meal vouchers, group insurance and health insurance.
The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :
- Supervise project workflow, ensuring timely progress through all phases
 - Actively manage team activities for continuous project advancement
 - Communicate updates on client expectations and candidate status, adjust plans as needed
 - Schedule business meetings, calls, and interviews
 - Handle communications with clients and candidates
 - Develop, revise, and format client-facing documents for accuracy and alignment
 - Foster strong relationships with firm members, clients, prospects, and candidates
 - Serve as the main contact between consultants, clients, and extended teams
 - Coordinate with team members, researchers, office coordinators, and shared services
 - Host clients and candidates at the local office, ensuring a smooth experience
 - Manage billing process, expense reports, client invoicing, and receivables tracking
 - Maintain and update the confidential database with accurate data entry
 - Collaborate with shared services on data entry and financial components
 - Assist in business development efforts, planning, content creation, and outcome tracking
 - Identify and develop opportunities to support business development strategy
 
Essential Skills and Experience :
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and exceptional proofreading abilities.
 - Fluency in English and Dutch with strong drafting and editing capabilities.
 - Technologically savvy, with a preference for working with advanced databases.
 - Excellent administrative skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and follow-ups efficiently.
 - Highly organized, precise, and adept at setting priorities.
 - Effective communication and interaction skills with clients and candidates at all levels.
 - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionally manage phone calls.
 - Team-oriented, willing to support other recruiting staff members when needed.
 - Pleasant, well-rounded, and mature personality; stress-resistant with a strong commitment to professionalism and client satisfaction.
 - Preferably holds a university degree from a reputable institution.
