We are currently recruiting a Junior Management Assistant/ Office Manager for one of our clients, an international firm located in the heart of Brussels to manage office operations and provide superior support to the lawyers and, as such, enable them to operate at optimum efficiency.

Your Profile:
Demonstrate strong written and verbal command of Dutch and a solid command of English
Thrive in a mature and dynamic environment
Possess advanced proficiency in MS Office
Exhibit excellent organizational skills with a knack for prioritization
Approach tasks with a problem-solving mindset, ensuring timely completion
Manage sensitive information discreetly
Embrace a flexible and open-minded attitude in the workplace
Display discipline and adeptness in handling a diverse range of tasks simultaneously
Maintain a customer-focused and service-minded approach

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
Offer daily general administrative support to partners and associates
Coordinate the preparation and follow-up of monthly invoicing processes
Format letters, prepare PowerPoint presentations, and similar tasks
Manage calendar appointments for meetings, conferences, business lunches, travel, and conference calls
Serve as the main contact for office telephone and reception
Collaborate on payroll preparation with a social secretariat
Supervise office facilities
Coordinate social events
Assist in the recruitment process for lawyers and administrative staff
