We are currently recruiting a Marketing and Business Development Specialist for one of our clients, a renowned firm located in the center of Brussels. You will be instrumental in driving the continued growth and advancement of the firm. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the business development efforts and overseeing the marketing and public relations activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define and promote the firm's unique market profile, emphasizing its international and independent identity
  • Offer strategic business development (BD) guidance to law firm leadership, practice groups, and partners, aimed at enhancing relationships with existing clients, generating new business leads, and fostering new projects and initiatives
  • Coordinate BD activities to align practices and offices, fostering closer collaboration
  • Aid practice groups and partners in formulating and executing BD plans, and monitor progress towards goals
  • Stay abreast of industry and legal profession trends to share relevant insights internally
  • Supervise the creation of client-specific pitch materials
  • Organize and facilitate business development events such as seminars, webinars, and dinners
  • Create marketing strategies and external communication campaigns
  • Manage the firm's website, newsletters, brochures, and other external communication channels
  • Oversee and assist in the production of marketing materials


  • Native Dutch speaker or equivalent; fluent in French and English
  • Strategic thinker, team player, adept problem solver, and driven by results
  • Exceptionally organized with meticulous attention to detail
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ideally proficient in legal marketing and advertising with practical experience and deep comprehension
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent, high-quality work within stringent time constrain
