We are currently recruiting a Senior Customer Service Consultant for one of our clients, a company located in Brussels and specialized in supply chain and shipping services. As a Senior Customer Service Consultant, you will play an active role in the Customer Experience team, by supporting the company’s customers and franchisees with different service requests. Hybrid work options are possible after a few months.

Salary package : competitive salary package in line with experience.

• Providing help and support to customers and franchisees’ requests

• Looking for opportunities to offer upselling services

• Support management in the selling of new franchises in Belgium

• Following-up on customers and franchisees’ orders, supplies and invoices

• Assisting with other commercial and administrative activities for the office

• You are fluent in French and Dutch with a very good understanding of English as this is the company language

• You have a significant experience in a Customer Service role

• You have strong commercial skills

• You are highly organised, accurate, flexible and a good multitasker

• You are customer and service minded with a can-do attitude

• You have a very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
