We are currently recruiting a Legal Secretary/Receptionist for one of our clients, a law firm located in Brussels. Salary package : competitive salary package in line with experience + full benefits package
The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :
- Providing general support to the Office Manager in Brussels
- Outlook diary management
- Organizing meeting rooms and meetings
- Processing all incoming calls
- Ordering couriers and taxis
- Supporting the team with daily administrative and office management tasks
- Assisting attorneys with expense reporting
Essential skills and experience :
- You are fluent in English (good understanding of French and/or Dutch is a plus)
- Experience in a law firm is a must
- You are enthusiastic and a true team player willing to help your colleagues
- You are solution and detail oriented, flexible and open minded
- You have strong organisational skills
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word
