We provide both permanent and interim contracts.

We are currently recruiting an Operations Support Specialist for one of our clients, an international company providing professional services in Louvain-la-Neuve/Brussels, to handle the daily maintenance of their office. Missions are to be executed at office. Your will be reporting to Managing Director. Our client offers a temp to perm contract.


The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :
  • Welcoming guests and clients
  • Deliveries and office supplies management
  • Events and internal/external meetings management
  • Documents management
  • Facilities and equipment management
  • Assist on other varied administrative and logistics tasks


Essential Skills and Experience:
  • At least 1 year experience as a Sales Assistant / Office Assistant / Receptionist
  • Excellent English and French language skills
  • A good knowledge of SAP is an asset
  • Meticulous, hands on, flexible and reliable
  • Dynamic, flexible, reliable, proactive and stress-resistant
