We provide both permanent and interim contracts.
We are currently recruiting a Receptionist for one of our clients, an international hospitality company located in Brussels. Missions are to be executed in the office. Salary package : competitive salary package in line with experience + benefits package.
The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :
- Welcoming clients and visitors
- Assisting the Head Receptionist
- Handling meeting room schedules
- Supporting the team with daily administrative tasks
- Occasional travel arrangements and events management
Essential Skills and Experience :
- You are fluent in English and in French. A very good command of Dutch is an asset.
- You are enthusiastic and a true team player willing to help your colleagues
- You are solution and detail oriented, flexible and open minded
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
