Looking for an Office Assistant position ? We have a job for you !

We are currently recruiting an Office Assistant for one of our clients, a non-profit organisation to handle the daily maintenance of their Brussels office and support the daily activities of the office. Missions are to be executed in the Brussels Office. Your direct report to will be the Office Manager.

The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :
  • Welcoming guests and clients
  • Handling phone calls
  • Deliveries and office supplies management
  • Events and internal/external meetings management
  • Invoices and agenda management
  • Facilities and equipment management
  • Assist on other varied administrative and logistics tasks


Essential Skills and Experience :
  • Excellent French and Dutch language skills (written and spoken) + English as a plus
  • Service-minded, solution-oriented and with good organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, reliable and stress-resistant
  • Good command of the MS Office tools
