We are currently recruiting a part-time Office/Administrative Assistant for one of our clients, a company providing professional services for financial institutions and corporates to handle the daily (mornings) maintenance of their Brussels office. Missions are to be executed at the office. This is a 19-hour interim in view to a permanent contract or it can start off with a permanent contract. Salary is in line with experience.
The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :
- Welcoming guests and clients
- Deliveries and office supplies management
- Events and internal/external meetings management
- Documents management, encoding , scanning, archiving
- Facilities and equipment management
- Taking calls (but not sitting at Reception)
- Regular contacts with the other European offices
- Assist with other varied administrative and logistics tasks
Essential Skills and Experience :
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken) + Dutch and/or French are assets
- Outlook, Word, Excel
- Meticulous, hands on, flexible and reliable
