For one of our clients, we are currently looking for a Trilingual Sales//Business Developer, French, Dutch and English, with 3-5 years’ of experience. You will be working between the Brussels and Antwerp offices supporting the Area Managers together with the Marketing and Sales departments.


As a Sales Representative, your main tasks will be:

- Prospecting for Office spaces:

• You will identify targets and create a data file in collaboration with Area Managers (to do this, you will meet associations and organisations that are sources of company names, you will purchase databases and attend exhibitions to meet potential targets, etc.). You will ensure the correct qualification of this prospect base.
Targets: large companies, international companies or companies in a specific sector.
• You will put forward ideas for communication actions aimed at these targets (in collaboration with the marketing/communications team).
• You will carry out prospecting and sales activities: phone calls, meetings, listening to requirements, business proposals (in collaboration with Area Managers) and negotiations. You must be capable of managing a centre's business demands on an autonomous basis (site visits, sending proposals, etc.).
• You will measure customer satisfaction.

- You will expand your Customer / Large company portfolio for our other products (meeting rooms, co-working, domiciliation, etc.) and the Group's other centres (Belgium, France and Switzerland).

- Broker and web-broker relations officer: you will be their contact person for the Belgian offices, providing them with the relevant information about our centres and our products, following up their requests, meeting them twice a year and drawing up quarterly reports of your actions.

You will work under the Belgium Regional Director.

Mobile work position requiring travel and appointments.

• Minimum of 3 years' business experience, preferably in the service sector, with intensive prospecting activities and meeting hosting.
• Ability to work in a team.
• You are trilingual: French, Dutch, English.
• Experience with CRM tools and possibly with web marketing.
• You are service-oriented.
