At Excel Careers and Excel Interim, we recruit multilingual administrative support staff for companies in a variety of industries. We specialize in recruiting receptionists, management assistants, executive/staff assistants, HR assistants, sales and marketing assistants, office managers, customer service representatives and digital marketing agents. We offer permanent contracts, purely interim contracts and from interim to permanent contracts. 

For one of our clients, a company based in Brussels, we are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant.

Responsabilities:
  • Administrative processing of written and digital files
  • Follow up of applications
  • Collection of information
  • Support and guidance of persons who have submitted applications, both by phone and in the office
  • Correspondence related to the files
  • Scanning incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assisting in the reception of visitors
  • Administrative support to the technical staff

Profile:
  • Bilingual Dutch (mother tongue) & French, German is a plus
  • First work experience in general administration
  • Accurate and able to work independently
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, ...)

  • Partial work from home (max 2 days per week) is possible after the training and the period needed to work independently
