We provide both permanent and interim contracts.
We are currently recruiting a Legal Secretary for one of our clients, an international law firm located near “Abbaye de la Cambre”. You will play an active role in the administrative support to the Partners and Associates and in the daily running of the office. Missions are to be executed in Brussels with possibility of working from home. Salary package : monthly salary in line with experience plus fringe benefits.
The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :
- Editing and producing varied type of documents
- Arranging meetings and other events
- Agenda management
- Handling external phone calls
- Billing and invoices management
- Assisting with other administrative and logistics activities for the office
Essential Skills and Experience :
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), an excellent command of French is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a major UK or US law firm preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Service oriented, proactive, team player yet autonomous
- Proactive, team-player yet autonomous
- Good knowledge of Windows (Word, Excel and Outlook)
