Our client is an international company located in the centre of Brussels (easy access by public transport). They are currently looking for a  Business Development Specialist.

You role will entail:

• Assisting with recording client info and business development activities
• Assisting with the coordination of client events (list of attendees, preparing and distributing invitations, etc.); tracking and reporting event statistics and activities
• Distributing thought leadership content and other mailings via e-marketing system
• Researching people moves
• Working with various teams such as, risk, marketing, business development to record information in experience management database
• Running quality assurance reports and sharing them with the appropriate teams
• Researching client industry and adding industry to new clients in the appropriate company system
• And more!

Profile :

• You have an excellent knowledge of English (verbal and written). Any other European language is an asset!
• You have a Bachelor degree in marketing/Business Administration/etc. or equivalent by experience
• You have 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience with InterAction, Microsoft Dynamics, Vuture and/or Foundation is an asset
• You are accurate, proactive, professional and flexible
• You are team player and have excellent communication skills
