Our client is the world’s leading IT Distributor. They distribute varied technology products and services: PCs, peripherals, components, software and accessories + all kinds of electronic equipment: MP3s, digital cameras, TV plasma screens, … For their offices in Vilvoorde, they are currently recruiting a Junior Product Manager.


JOB DESCRIPTION

As Junior Product Manager, you will report to the Business Manager. Your daily tasks & responsibilities will include:

-Segmenting in order to align customer & market demand
-Providing basic product information support both internally and externally
-Creating quarterly and yearly marketing plans
-Managing marketing funds in an optimal and timely manner
-Being responsible for own marketing projects from conception to invoicing
-Preparing and using communication tools to deliver the product and/or vendor “message” internally and externally
-Striving for achievement of sales and marketing objectives
-Managing the vendor relationship: (identifying vendor core business, establishing regular review meetings,…)
-Organising vendors incentives programs
-Identifying opportunities for additional reseller seminars and shows
-Being in contact with suppliers and with other internal departments




PROFILE

-A Junior or someone with a first experience!
-Bachelor in Management, Economics, Marketing, Communications,…
-Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Dutch and French and a good working knowledge in English.
-Good knowledge of MS - Office applications, Word, Excel and Access
-Good communication skills
-Commercially minded
-Accurate & figure-minded
-Ability to work independently
-Willing to take initiatives
-Eager to learn
-Interest for new technologies and ICT products

-Salary: €1800-€1900 (depending on experience) + commissions
