Our client is a leading European steel processing group with facilities worldwide and headquarters in Central Europe. Their four divisions, all occupy top positions in their respective markets. To reinforce their team in Strombeek-Bever, they’re looking to recruit an Administrative and Commercial Assistant
Your tasks & responsibilities will include:
Administrative Support to the Managing Director:
- Helping with all correspondence: e-mails, phone, mail, etc
- Making reports for the international management
- Making travel arrangements
Commercial Assistance:
- Receiving and following-up of orders
- Handling logistical aspects of orders
- Contacting different international divisions, for the follow-up of materials
- Translating letters, presentations, press articles, etc. for HQ
- Preparing offers
- Handling requests from Engineer bureaus
- Checking payments and liaising with clients
Your profile:
-You are fluent in German and Dutch (oral + written), you speak very good French and you have a good working knowledge of English.
-You have a several years of experience in a similar function.
-You have very good IT-skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of SAP is a plus.
-You are organised, self-motivated and you have excellent interpersonal skills.
-You are a team player who can also work autonomously.

-Salary: 2500-2900 euros gross per month (depending on experience)
