Description

Our client is the world’s largest supplier of semiconductor packaging and test services with factories located in the Far East and worldwide sales offices. To meet their rapid growth, they are currently looking for an HR & Administration Senior Officer for their office located in Waterloo.

Job description :

Human Resources

• Recruitment and selection
• Providing assistance to expatriate and new employees
• Preparing training programs and career development
• Evaluating performance
• Providing HR support (time sheets, contact with agencies, , etc.)
• Implementing and developing HR policies and procedures

Administration

• Carrying out daily administrative duties
• Handling phone calls and emails
• Ensuring office maintenance (ordering office furniture, IT equipment, insurances, etc.)
• Liaising with suppliers
• Handling correspondence with official authorities
• Ensuring the back-up for meetings
• Organising business travels

Finance

• Accounts payable (paying bills, etc.)
• Estimating budget and controlling it
• Doing financial reporting
• Supervising corporate credit cards
• Handling expense reports
• Ensuring the follow-up with banks

Profile :

• You have a Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field
• You have at least 4 years experience in a similar field
• You have an excellent verbal and written command of French and English. Any other language is an asset !
• You are proactive, dynamic, flexible and open-minded
• You are calm, diplomat and discrete
• You are a team-player and have strong communication, organisational and analytical skills

Offer :

• Up to 3000€ according to skills and experience + competitive package (luncheon vouchers, gsm, laptop, internet, 25 holiday days, etc.)
• Monday to Thursday : 9 to 6 pm
• Friday : 9 to 4 pm
