Business Administration/Analyst role working within HR/Compliance
working with a leading international Wealth Management company based in London.
This role will initially work from home but longer term will be based in the
City.
Although sat within the HR department this role involves extensive
reporting and analysis so is well suited to someone with a compliance
background, strong attention to detail and int/adv skills on Excel.
Working closely with the L&D team you will be analysing
employee competencies, bench marketing against industry standards and
reporting, which will help the L&D team to develop a training schedule that
you will then help to coordinate.
We are looking for someone who has ideally working in a
compliance, analytical administration or similar HR reporting function previously.
It is essential that you have solid experience of working with Excel and have an
excellent eye for detail. Interest in Learning and Development or HR is a plus!
