A rapidly growing and fast paced business based near Walsall are currently seeking a Letting Negotiator to join as part of their wider business. Whilst the starting salary is £19K there is full scope for commission on top of this dependent on your success.

Day to day duties may include:

·         Advertising new properties onto social media and websites

·         Researching new leads

·         Booking in viewings

·         Conducting all viewings throughout the midlands (a driver’s licence and car is preferable)

·         Converting viewings into sales

·         Ability to grow and expand the property portfolio

·         Handling all maintance enquiries
