Description
In this position you will assist the Director Human Resources and the Director Compensation & Benefits of this international and well-established hotel group.
You will provide support in a variety of areas and handle day-to-day tasks related to recruitment, selection, training, management development and employee relations.
You will have tasks and responsibilities within 4 HR areas:
RECRUITMENT & SELECTION:
-Organising interviews, scheduling assessments, etc.
-Preparing job descriptions, job profiles and competencies
-Being responsible for job postings on the Intranet, responding to applicants
-Assisting in the company announcement process
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION:
-Keeping the HR databases up-to-date at all times
-Maintaining employees’ files and records up-to-date with CVs, employment contracts, assignment letters, annual merit review letters, development plans, etc.
-Assisting with the administration of all incentive bonus programmes including award calculations.
-Assisting with the administration and invoicing of insurance schemes and Health Care
-Assisting with new employee’s administration such as work permits, house leases, insurances, schooling etc.
-Assisting with administration of benefit programmes (e.g. pension, medical insurances), of the company car fleet, and the housing leases
-Assisting with attendance and vacation records administration
PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT:
-Assisting with administration of New Hire Orientation Programme
-Assists in the administration of Corporate training
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS:
-Maintaining and distributing Birthday and Seniority List
-Assisting in handling the annual Climate Analysis, seniority diploma programme and the host/hostess of the year selection
-Assisting in the planning and execution of various programmes/activities aimed at enhancing employee morale
PROFILE:
-You are fluent in Dutch/French/English
-You have ideally minimum 2-5 years of experience in a general support role. Previous experience within an HR Department can be a great asset!
-You are a great time manager and you find working with deadlines motivating
-You are a discrete and responsible person who can handles sensitive and confidential information without problems
-You communicates openly and in a structured way both verbally and in writing
-You are accurate and precise, you have a good feeling for working with figures
