Our client is a successful company in the chemical sector located in the surroundings of Brussels. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong background in logistical operations.
Job description:
- Providing professional customer support for EMEA region: answering questions, handling complaints, solving issues, etc.
- Managing the order processing operations for EMEA region and follow up from A to Z with appropriate support and communication to clients
- Coordinating the imports of products from the company plants, inputting orders, organizing the transport and logistical aspects
- Liaising with transport companies, asking for quotes, and calculating costs
- Managing the product samples’ operations and ensuring the follow up: orders, storage, etc.

Profile:
- You speak fluent English (good verbal and written skills are required). Any other European language(s) are a plus!
- You have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role (logistics and customer support experience)
- You are professional, dynamic, and proactive
- You have a problem-solving attitude and drive to take actions independently
- You have excellent organizational, analytical and follow-up skills
