Our client is a well-established, international Executive Search firm with offices in +/- 40 countries. To reinforce their team in Brussels, they are currently recruiting a Talented Personal Assistant to assist 1 of their Consultants.
Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
-Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
-Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
-Organising meetings in Belgium and abroad, and ensuring the consultant is well-prepared for each meetings (preparing a little file, etc.)
-Arranging travel and accommodation
-Dealing with incoming emails, faxes and post
-Dealing with correspondence and writing letters, taking some dictation and minutes
-Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations; mailings
-Carrying out background research and presenting findings into subjects the consultant is dealing with
-Liaising with clients, candidates and other staff;
-Devising and maintaining office systems to deal efficiently with information flow
-Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
-Arranging travel and accommodation
-Welcoming and looking after visitors
-Sporadically some project work, e.g. organisation of a client event, helping out with the publication of an article/advertisement, etc.

Your profile:
-Ideally a Bachelor’s Degree in Secretariat/Office Management/Languages/… or equivalent by experience
-At least 4 years of professional experience in a support role. Experience within the legal/consulting/professional services sector could be a strong asset
-Excellent written and oral communication skills in Dutch and English, good oral communication in French
-Excellent word processing and IT skills (MS: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) + open to learn internal database system
-Excellent organisational skills, eye for detail.
-Ability to work on your own initiative and to tight deadlines.
-Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and meet deadlines.
-Drive to excel, positive mindset, proactive attitude.
-An understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion;
-Used to working in team; team player.
